I grew up in a small town in rural Kentucky. Coming from a place where everyone feels like family (and basically is) I learned the importance of making people feel welcomed and like they belong, no matter the setting. As a student at the University of Kentucky I am learning so much about other people and have discovered the love for learning about the world and peoples’ expiernces.
